The one piece that brought me out of a 2-month-long artist's block, and the ONLY thing to bring me out of the block...unfortunately. I was browsing through my huge folder of stock photos, and I have been wanting to use an image from this series of *mizzd-stock 's [link] for the longest time. I finally came up with this idea. Then I went through the long and arduous process of finding the perfect nude pose for this piece, and found [link] by *E-Stock .

I love the pencil work so much, that I don't want to ruin it by inking over it, or using colored pencils. I will probably end up using watercolor for this peice, but it won't be for a while. >.> Too many tests in the next two weeks.

Oh yeah, and the hand holding the staff is unfinished...as is the nude girl's foot. I will fix that before I begin to paint...hopefully I remember. Since I have not started the piece yet, if you see any minute flaws that need to be fixed, feel free to let me know.
